Four Fat Guys (FFG) is a place where the four of us can have public accountability to each other while we try to get in shape (no, ROUND is not a shape).  By letting the rest of the world watch (and sometimes giggle), we hope our efforts, trials, struggles, successes, and failures can help others in the battle of the bulge.
