Since I work a crazy shift: Melatonin is a great herbal suppliment that I take to help me get to sleep. Start only with a little and see how you feel when you wake up. I took too much the first time and didn’t want to wake up or was I just that tired.

Chamomile Teas are also good for relaxing or a blend of Chamomile and What you are taking.
