Hello All!
Just a note, LA Fitness in Pleasant Hills, PA has finally opened for business. I have a membership there and will be starting as soon as I can get down to get the schedule.
The only thing I don’t like about it is that all the exercise areas are in front of giant windows for the outside world to see. That is ok for those exhibitionists who like to perform in front of crowds but for us fat guys, it will be a real struggle to get going.
I’ll check back with my first report from the gym.
